GEORGE HUTCHINS was wearing his 1991 Gulf War Uniform Coat, which was issued after the initial 1991 Gulf War cease fire, when GEORGE HUTCHINS met U.S. Senator ELIZABETH DOLE, on July 5, 2008.

GEORGE HUTCHINS was very proud to show ELIZABETH DOLE his 1991 Combat photo, of an Iraqi Tank, which was one of several enemy tanks, his Regular U.S. Army unit had fought and defeated in Kuwait on February 28, 1991.
