NORTH CAROLINA ENTERS THE U.S. CIVIL WAR. U.S. President Lincoln felt U.S. Black Slavery should end on a soft note due to coming, Well Established, Fast Spreading, TECHNOLOGY, and moral pressure from British Government Economic Enterprises. U.S. President Lincoln wanted U.S. Black Slavery to end, due to the current 1860's obvious economic issues, which demonstrated U.S. Black Slavery was TOO Costly, in compared to 1860's TECHNOLOGY, and due to financial pressure from clear European 1860's Common Trade Ethics. PARTIAL BANNING U.S. BLACK SLAVERY DELAYS BRITAIN FROM JOINING THE U.S. CONFEDERATES. Near Sharpsburg, Maryland, at Antietam Creek, during September 17 - 18, 1862, Union and Confederate Armies engaged in a large scale battle, which resulted in a tactical withdraw of Confederate Forces back into Virginia, after high casualties were suffered by both sides. The September 17 - 18, 1862, Battle of Antietam was a major turning point of the U.S. Civil War. Victory for the Battle of Antietam is disputable, during 21st Century Times: [-1-]  The Confederates commanded by General Robert E. Lee, were able to inflict more casualties upon a superior sized enemy, on foreign soil, and then obtain a tactical withdraw back to Virginia, onto safe home ground. [-2-]  The Union Army commanded by General George McClellan, was able to defend Maryland from the Confederates, and prevent Maryland from joining the Confederates. ==================== Following the Battle of Antietam, U.S. President Lincoln perceived the Federal Union Army, and the Northern Union States, to having the strength of administrative collective unity to repel military attacks, and to enforce ALL U.S. Federal Laws, throughout all territory controlled by U.S. Federal Northern Union Military Forces, with effective legal armed troops. Through a clear demonstration by the events which took place during the Battle of Antietam, the Union Army could take on high casualties, and still remain intact, as an effective fighting force, where it was very certain, the Union Army could be used to enforce U.S. Federal Laws, in the event any Union State, or local community within Union Controlled Territory, violated any law, created by the U.S. Federal Government. In an office of power, U.S. President Lincoln saw the Battle of Antietam as a chance to end the war, by creating additional U.S. Federal Laws, which if a single Union State chose to leave the Union, due to the ORIGINAL goals of the U.S. Civil War, were CHANGED to MORE THAN SAVING THE UNION, such a Union State, or local community, could have their state or local government REMOVED and NEUTRALIZED, by an effective clear recent demonstrated in Combat,  Federal Union Army, which had the strength to ENFORCE ALL U.S. Federal Laws, upon ALL Union States, in addition to, all Federal Union Controlled Territories, following the Battle of Antietam. ====================== By having the backing of a strong Federal U.S. Army, which had proven itself recently, as an effective military instrument, during the Battle of Antietam, U.S. President Lincoln, with the desire to end the U.S. Civil War through a Legislation THREAT, took action. This Legislative THREAT would lead to changing the goals of the war, and would NOT be popular in some of the Union States. This Legislative THREAT could be enforced clearly upon any Union State, by the Federal Union Army, who chose to leave the war, due to the nature of the THREAT, where ample enough Northern Populations would choose to fight for the Union, to enforce such a THREAT, in spite of the nature of the Legislative THREAT, changing the main objectives of the U.S. Civil War. Shortly after the BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG, and the BATTLE OF VICKSBURG, U.S. President Lincoln, in a STRONGER EFFORT to keep Britain from joining the Confederates, ENDED U.S. Black Slavery, by U.S. Federal Law, in ALL U.S. States. ==================== HERE ARE THE POST JULY 4, 1863 ISSUES: [-1-]  Following Northern Union Military Victories at both GETTYSBURG and VICKSBURG, with vast most major Confederate Armies in retreat, the U.S. Federal Government had MUCH MORE POWER, to CRUSH any Rebellion throughout ALL Northern Union States, than during the time when the EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION was put into motion {September 22, 1862} through {January 1, 1863}. => It was one thing to END Black Slavery in ENEMY LANDS, to punish the Confederate States, but it was a whole NEW situation to end Black Slavery within U.S. States which remained loyal to the Union, where many Northern Persons would object to this NEW turn of events. => It was at this point, the U.S. Federal Government had an even stronger FIST to CRUSH any objections to NEW U.S. Federal Laws, with the use of an even stronger Union Federal U.S. Army, after July 4, 1863. ==> U.S. Federal Union Soldiers, directly from FIGHTING in the BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG, were sent to NEW YORK CITY, to crush the worst U.S. Military Draft Riot, where IRISH-AMERICAN Rioters did NOT want to fight in a war to End Black Slavery. ==> The IRISH-AMERICAN Rioters saw the U.S. Civil War, as a "RICH MAN'S WAR," where working class Americans were sent to fight this war. ==================== [-2-]  The British Government was kept out of the U.S. Civil War, on the side of the Confederates, because the U.S. Federal Government had the POWER to END U.S. Black Slavery in ALL U.S. States, following:  July 4, 1863. => ONLY After July 4, 1863 did Black Slavery become the overwhelming issue for the U.S. Civil War, when the U.S. Federal Government had the POWER to Enforce this Legislation. ==> The MAIN REASON Black Slavery became an issue for the U.S. Civil War, was to keep the British Empire, and other European Nations, from joining the Confederates, due to perceived 1860's "MORAL" issues. ==================== --"It is very certain, due to 1860's TECHNOLOGY, which caused U.S. Black Slavery to be TOO expensive to maintain, in addition to European Trade Ethics of the 1860's, U.S. Slavery would have ended WITHOUT a U.S. Civil War by the 1880's, or shortly after."- --"NORTH CAROLINA, and the other Confederate States, did NOT go to war, during the U.S. Civil War, 1861 - 1865, to fight, to keep U.S. Black Slavery alive."- --"NORTH CAROLINA, and the other Confederate States went to war, during the U.S. Civil War, over Sovereignty and States' Rights Issues ONLY !!"- --"NORTH CAROLINA Fought with HONOR during the U.S. Civil War."- GEORGE HUTCHINS (MPA) (BS) January 3, 2010

THE MYTH OF U.S. SLAVERY CRUELTY !! By January 1, 1864, the entire civilized world heard of U.S. President Lincoln's U.S. Federal Government EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION, and the FREEING of all Black Slaves throughout the United States, by Federal Law, shortly after July 4, 1863, after the Battle of Gettysburg, and the Battle of Vicksburg.  It is very certain, all of both recent 1862 and 1863 actions of the U.S. Federal Government was well known throughout all U.S. Confederate States by January 1, 1864.  By January 1, 1864, all Confederate States, to include NORTH CAROLINA, were, "Robbing both the Cradle and the Grave," just to keep enough fighting men in the Confederate Army. By January 1, 1864, most Southern White Males, to include throughout NORTH CAROLINA, between the ages of 13 and 70 years old were absent, because these "Men" were in the army fighting the U.S. Civil War. Due to the needs of the Confederate Army, by January 1, 1864, almost the entire Teen-Age and adult White Male population of South, to include NORTH CAROLINA was missing, and fighting on distant battlefields. By January 1, 1864, when the entire civilized world knew the Confederate South was losing the U.S. Civil War, where the U.S. Federal Government had OUTLAWED SLAVERY, and all Southern States, to include NORTH CAROLINA, had almost NO White Adult Age Males, NOR White Teenage Males, to guard Black Slaves in the South, -- it is very STRANGE, NO Mass Black Slave Rebellions, NOR Mass Black Slave Escapes took place. Could the reason for this be, there was a type of LOYALTY bond here? How could there be a bond of LOYALTY, with slave owners, who were cruel to their slaves, especially in the situation in the South, following January 1, 1864? Possibly, were the Slave Owners NOT as cruel, as Left-Wing Liberals have said?

In the 1915 film, BIRTH OF A NATION, once the local authorities lost their authority to enforce the law, MASS CRIME broke out in all U.S. Southern States. In the 1915 film, BIRTH OF A NATION, when MASS CRIME was taking place throughout the U.S. Southern States, the U.S. Federal Union Army, which was occupying the Former Confederate States, during the Post U.S. Civil War period, {1865 - 1877}, did next to nothing to STOP CRIMES, and even members of the U.S. Union Army, had even contributed to CRIMES, when local U.S. Southern State Law Enforcement Agencies in all U.S. Southern States, lost all authority to enforce the law throughout the U.S. South. In the 1915 film, BIRTH OF A NATION, when there was NO Law Enforcement, in all former U.S. Confederate States, with MASS CRIME taking place daily throughout the U.S. South, former Confederate Soldiers formed the Ku Klux Klan, know as the KKK, to FIGHT CRIME, during the Post U.S. Civil War period, {1865 - 1877} -. In the 1915 film, BIRTH OF A NATION, the Ku Klux Klan, known as the KKK, was created to FIGHT ALL CRIME, and was NOT created SPECIFICALLY, to harm Black Americans throughout the U.S. South, as a Vigilante Organization. Due to the "Compromise of 1877," which restored the Legal Authority of U.S. Southern State Governments, and restored the Legal Authority for Local U.S. Southern Governments to enforce the law, MOST leading Former U.S. Confederate Soldiers left the Ku Klux Klan, known as the KKK, because local U.S. Southern Governments could fight crime, WITHOUT Vigilante Organizations. After the "Compromise of 1877," Southerners who remained with the Ku Klux Klan, known as the KKK, did so, possibly out of the need for personal power, NOT out of the desire to fight crime, where Local Law Enforcement had the LEGAL Authority to FIGHT CRIME, WITHOUT Vigilantes organizations, throughout the U.S. South, following the year 1877. The Problem with all Vigilante Organizations, punishments for crimes are often carried out WITHOUT a Legal Trial, which are more extreme, than the crime which was committed, upon persons who maybe innocent of the crime.  In addition, Vigilante Organizations often become so feared by the general population, such organizations have an influence upon the society each Vigilante Organization claims to protect, where this influence often results in the power to demand material awards from each community, as payment for "PROTECTION." This form of "PROTECTION" payments, are similar to as what was displayed by MAFIA Organizations during the first half of the 20th Century, in large cities such as in Chicago, New York City, and other major U.S. cities, who also demanded "PROTECTION" payments from local merchants. Both in the case of the MAFIA, and Vigilante Organizations, most of the "PROTECTION" payments, were to Protect the public from the Vigilante Organizations, and the MAFIA, for non-payment of "PROTECTION" fees. Solid honest Law Enforcement Agencies, with the backing of Solid Honest Government, will prevent the desire for the creation of Vigilante organizations.

U.S. Black Slavery Conditions were very similar to U.S. White Working Class Conditions: 1775 - 1865-- Most White Americans alive in 2010, are direct Descendants of Europeans who came to-------- America Decades After Slavery Ended in 1865, who NEVER OWNED U.S. Black Slaves.------------- Most White Americans alive in 2010, who ----- can trace their Direct Ancestry back to the --- U.S. Civil War, are  Descendants of Northern -- Union Soldiers, who did NOT own Black Slaves. Today, overwhelming, MOST U.S. Southerners  Alive during the 21st Century, who are descendants of     Confederate  WHITE  Soldiers,  ARE descendants, of  Working Class  WHITE Confederate Soldiers.     Working Class, White U.S. Civil War Confederates--- Did NOT own U.S. Black "African-American" Slaves.-- Life under African Tribal Law  was much Harsher than Life as a U.S. Black Slave:  1775 - 1865.------- U.S. Steel Workers:  1860 U.S. Workers  worked, as hard as, U.S. Slaves:  1775  - 1865.

2010 SLAVE REPARATIONS HOAX During the year 2010, there are persons who believe U.S. Tax Payers should pay reparations for the institution of Slavery, which existed legal by law, throughout the United States from 1775 until 1865. U.S. Slavery Reparation payments during the year 2010, is the most ridiculous motion, upon many ridiculous motions Left-Wing Liberals have made in recent times. To carryout such a ridiculous venture, innocent populations would be penalized during the year 2010, and beyond: [-1-]  Most of the White Populations alive in the United States during the year 2010, are descendants of Europeans who migrated to America after the year 1880, and after the year 1900, decades after U.S. Slavery had ended in the United States by Law, following the U.S. Civil War in 1865. => These White populations in the year 2010, came from ancestors who did NOT own Black Slaves, due to having ancestors who arrived in America from Europe after Slavery had ended in the United States. [-2-]  Most White Americans alive in the year 2010, who can actually trace their ancestry DIRECTLY to the U.S. Civil War, were descendant from ancestors who fought on the side of the Northern Union U.S. Army in the Northern U.S. States during the U.S. Civil War, due to the fact the populations of Northern U.S. States were much Larger than the populations of the Southern Confederate States, {1861 - 1865}, during the U.S. Civil War. => Year 2010 Descendants of Union U.S. Civil War Soldiers, came from ancestors who did NOT own Black Slaves, whose ancestors fought on the side whose victory resulted in the end of U.S. Slavery. [-3-]  Most White Populations alive in the year 2010, who can trace their ancestry back to the U.S. Civil War, who were descendants of Confederate Soldiers, are descendants of working class Ancestors.  => Working Class White Populations, in the Old South, both before, and during the U.S. Civil War, did NOT own Black Slaves. With respect to all of the above, the vast majority of White Americans alive in the year 2010, came from ancestors who NEVER owned a single Black Slave. This drives home the ridiculous notion of 2010 Slave Repartition, which should not ever be considered by any single modern 21st Century U.S. Law. To drive this point further home, life as a U.S. BLACK Slave was much Better, in respect to quality of life issues, than MOST BLACK Persons in Africa, living under harsh BLACK African Tribal Laws:  1775 - 1865. Under African Tribal Laws 1775 - 1865, and beyond, in Africa, the tribal chief owned the lives of all members of his tribe, and could decide their fates upon any notion, which he might have, at any moment. BLACK African Tribal Chiefs very OFTEN passed out Death Sentences WITHOUT trial, Mutilations WITHOUT trial, Beatings WITHOUT Trial, or even sold members of his own BLACK tribe, as slaves to Arab merchants, who then sold these same BLACK slaves to Europeans, which did take place daily: 1775 - 1865. [--I--]  Life under African Tribal Laws, throughout Africa, 1775 - 1865, and beyond, has been well documented, well into the 20th Century, through countless sources. [-A-]  A Black American Boxer named CASSIUS CLAY, who changed his name to MUHAMMED ALI, in the year 1964, because he felt the name "CASSIUS CLAY" was a "Slave Name," which his U.S. Black Parents gave him at birth. => Later, during the 1970's, CASSIUS CLAY, who changed his name to MUHAMMED ALI, went to Africa on a world tour during the 1970's, visiting places in Africa which were NEVER influenced much by European Colonialism. ==> After this 1970's visit to Africa, CASSIUS CLAY, who changed his name to MUHAMMED ALI, said he was "VERY THANKFUL," his Ancestors were Slaves in America, instead of remaining in Africa. [-B-] Once his eyes were opened to reality, it was quite possible during his 1970's travel to Africa, MUHAMMED ALI desired strongly to change his name back to CASSIUS CLAY, and had more respect for the name, his U.S. Black parents gave him at birth. [--II--] During the period of time throughout the United States, 1775 - 1865, most of the U.S. Working Class throughout America, worked as hard as, Black Slaves throughout the U.S. Southern Confederate States. [-A-]  U.S. Black Slaves worked from sunrise to sunset, 6 Days Each Week, and so did the White U.S. Working Class. [-B-]  U.S. Black Slaves were fed very well, while the U.S. White Working Class ate what they could afford, which at times, was NOT the best for general good health. => U.S. Southern Slave Holders always made sure their slaves were fed well, had the BEST housing, with the BEST medical care of the period, in order to, ensure the BEST work production results: {1775 - 1865} => U.S. Employers during 1775 - 1865, provided the minimum of wages to each employee, who could be replaced if the employee became too sick to work, which depended upon the generosity of each employer. [-C-]  If a U.S. White Employee failed to show up for work, 1775 - 1865, he could be terminated, which would result in EVICTION from his home due to non-payment of rent, and STARVATION. => If a U.S. White Working Class Farmer Failed to produce a good profitable harvest, 1775 - 1865, STARVATION was the result. => If a U.S. Black Slave attempted to escape from his owner, he was beaten by the "Slave Driver," who was more than often, another Black Slave on the plantation with "Rank," cleaned up, fed, returned to health, and then returned to his duty. In respect to the facts, being a member of the U.S. White working class throughout the United States, 1775 - 1865, was often HARDER than being a U.S. Black Slave.

LIBERIA, AFRICA  was backed by the U.S. Government, ---------- since the year 1820, as a homeland for Black Americans,----- for who wanted to live under a TOTAL BLACK GOVERNMENT.----  After vast incentives, following the END of the U.S. Civil War,  MOST Black Americans chose to remain in the United States. LOYAL Black Americans Joined the U.S. Cavalry - U.S. Army,-- to FIGHT Savage Indian Tribes in the Wild West, following--- the U.S. Civil War in 1865.  These Black U.S. Soldiers  were-- called BUFFALO SOLDIERS, who were famed Indian Fighters,- during the historic long  U.S. - Indian Wars: 1865 - 1890 ---- Marcus Garvey: U.S. Black Back to Africa Leader. Most Black Americans Chose to remain in-------- America after the U.S. Civil War, following 1865.-

MOST BLACK  AMERICANS CHOSE TO REMAIN IN U.S., THAN GO TO AFRICA Before, During, and After the U.S. Civil War, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. President Abraham Lincoln Administration, in addition to a number of Christian Civic Organizations backed a plan, to send all former U.S. Black Slaves, back to Africa, who wanted to reside under TOTAL Black Government Rule. The nation of Liberia, Africa, which was set up by the U.S. Government, during 1820, by the U.S. President James Monroe Administration, was the primary target for former U.S. Black Slave migration, by the U.S. President Lincoln administration, in addition to Panama, and/or, Haiti.  The U.S. President Lincoln government was prepared to pay up to $300 for each Black Slave, {About $300,000 in year 2010 terms}, to every slave owner, just to send each Black Slave back Africa, or to another location outside of America, even when the U.S. Civil War was NOT going well for Confederates. Even after the U.S. Civil War had ended in 1865, with a Union Victory, which FREED all U.S. Black Slaves by law, throughout the United States, to offer for ALL BLACK AMERICANS, to include ALL FORMER BLACK SLAVES was open, to migrate back to LIBERIA, AFRICA, to live under Total BLACK AFRICAN Rule was open, for anyone, who accepted this offer. OVERWHELMINGLY, Most Black Americans, even Former U.S. Black Slaves, declined this offer by the U.S. Government, and other Christian Civic Organizations, to return to Africa, or to all other offered locations, outside of America, to live under TOTAL BLACK AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS. What was the reason for this decision, after having the chance to live under TOTAL BLACK AFRRICAN RULE, outside of America? Did these Black Americans feel a form of Loyalty to America, even after facing U.S. Slavery {1775 - 1865}, JIM CROW LAWS, and even Forced Racial SEGREGATION - {1865 - 1964} - which followed the U.S. Civil War? Possibly, MOST Black Americans saw White Americans, who some called "RACISTS," to be far more REASONABLE, than what TOTAL BLACK AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS, outside of the United States would do? IF White Americans were so CRUEL, there would have been a MASS U.S. Black "African-American" migration out of the United States, after the U.S. Civil War, following the year 1865, when all U.S. Black "African-Americans" were FREE, to leave America, which did NOT take place. There were several "BACK TO AFRICA ORGANIZATIONS," in America, since the year 1865, well into the 20th Century, which were were led by Black Americans. These "BACK TO AFRICA ORGANIZATIONS," wanted to lead a mass migration back to Africa, led by Black Americans. In the question of "BACK TO AFRICA ORGANIZATIONS," individual Black Americans decided what was best for them. "Former U.S. Black Slaves, and their descendants, following the year 1865, who chose to remain in the United States, instead of migrating to nations with TOTAL BLACK AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS, when these persons had the FREE Choice to do so, may have remained in the United States due to a type of common felt LOYALTY to America, and/or, a clear understanding of worse hardships which would be found in AFRICA, under Total Black African Rule." {GEORGE HUTCHINS - February 3, 2010}

Grant, at Appomattox Court House, Virginia. As the GEORGE WASHINGTON of all Confederate states, General Robert E. Lee held the fate of the United States in his hands on April 9, 1865. IF General Robert E. Lee had chosen, on April 9, 1865, the U.S. Civil War could have continued for several years beyond 1865, without clear stable resolution. On April 9, 1865, MOST CONFEDERATE FORCES, to include NORTH CAROLINA, had the resources to carry on the U.S. Civil War indefinitely, for several 'years, AND decades' beyond 1865, through: => UNCONVENTIONAL WARFARE. <= Robert E. Lee, the GEORGE WASHINGTON, of the Confederate U.S. South, was the type of American Leader who wanted to end the U.S. Civil War, as soon as possible, after it was known, if the war was to continue, this war could be carried on for decades, with no possible stable clear END, in sight. On April 9, 1865, General Robert E. Lee, laid down his sword, with honor, to prevent the slaughter of countless future generations, well into a possible long future, within a possible endless U.S. Civil War. General Robert E. Lee was the best, among many true heroes, of the U.S. Civil War.
